At Melworx, we are committed to delivering excellent service. We aim to dispatch your parcel on the next working day after payment has cleared in our bank account. This is especially important for EFT payments.
Please note:
- If your payment clears on a Thursday, your parcel will be dispatched on Friday.
- If your payment clears on a Friday, your parcel will be dispatched on Monday.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control that may delay your order, we will communicate with you as soon as we become aware of the situation.
Deliveries & Charges
We make use of The Courier Guy and PUDO services, as they are both reliable and cost-effective. Courier fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery address of your parcel.
If you qualify for free delivery, your parcel will be sent to your nearest PUDO locker for collection. If there is no PUDO locker available in your area, a door-to-door delivery fee will apply. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact our office so we can assist in finding the most affordable delivery option for you.
Standard delivery takes 4–7 working days from the date of dispatch, as per the courier company’s policy. Please note that deliveries to outlying areas (such as rural locations, smaller towns, or townships) may take longer and typically will not arrive in less than 3 working days after dispatch.
If you have not received your parcel within 6 working days after dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate the delay.
Kindly note that once your parcel leaves our premises, we rely on the courier companies for delivery. Delays caused by factors such as accidents, strikes, severe weather, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases and will always do our best to assist in getting your parcel to you as quickly as possible.
Returns & Errors
At Melworx, we take great care to ensure that all orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time. However, as with any manual process, errors can occasionally occur.
We kindly ask that you check your parcel immediately upon delivery. If you notice any discrepancies, please take clear photos as proof and send them to us via SMS or email as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Please Note:
We are unable to process corrections or replacements if:
- We are not notified within 24 hours of delivery with supporting proof, or
- Any products have already been used or sold before the issue was reported.
