3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

Orders are processed only once payment has cleared. Melworx reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order and to correct pricing errors. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is fulfilled via third-party couriers. Estimated delivery times are guidelines and not guaranteed.

Melworx is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers must inspect orders upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours with supporting proof.

We may refuse returns or replacements if:

  • The issue is reported late
  • Products have been used, opened, or resold
  • No proof is provided

Approved returns will be handled at Melworx’s discretion.

6. Use of Products

Products must be used as intended. Melworx is not liable for misuse, incorrect application, or adverse reactions.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

Melworx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
