Melworx Pets Canine Back Brace - Medium

The medium brace is normally suitable for Pekingese, Dachshund, Boston Terrier sized breeds.

Make sure you measure the dog's back and circumference of largest part of chest properly. DO NOT ESTIMATE!

The Melworx Pets Canine Back Brace is specifically designed with veterinarian input for the support in treatment processes and possible prevention of IVDD(Intervertebral Disc Disease) or other problems of the back/spine. The brace gives support to the spinal column of the dog with a snug fit and aluminium support on both sides. The brace is fully adjustable for different breeds and sizes. The brace must be ordered according to girth and torso length. The dog has full mobility in the brace, but chooses not to jump due to the support of the brace.

**The back brace is not an alternative to crate rest, but can be used during or after the rest period/surgery for more support.
